At the time of registration, you must provide accurate age and identity information, and you may be required to submit a valid ID for verification if requested. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and providing false information will result in immediate account closure. Only individuals residing in Bangladesh are eligible to use this platform.
Each user may only open one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be considered a serious violation of these terms. The name, address, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally. It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. 10 bad will not be held responsible for unauthorized use of an account if the user fails to inform us in a timely manner.
While using the platform, you must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or any other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or harmful activity toward other users is strictly prohibited. Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform may result in legal action. All users are requested to use the platform honestly and transparently so that a safe environment is maintained for everyone.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and applicable taxes and charges may apply. When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal processing may take a designated amount of time and payments may be held until verification is complete. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend transactions and notify the relevant authorities. If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be refunded subject to verification; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. The 10 bad platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily disrupt availability. Gaming outcomes are entirely random and we do not guarantee any specific result. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.
